Starting as a sales representative in the domestic sector, he quickly broadened his responsibilities by combining sales with technical assistance, showcasing deep knowledge of products and technological solutions.
After this initial phase, Moris took charge of material procurement and warehouse management, optimizing supplier relationships and overseeing maintenance planning.
His organizational skills enabled him to achieve excellent results, eventually collaborating with the Product Management department, where he successfully managed the development of new systems and proved himself a leader in coordinating innovative projects.
Thanks to his extensive experience and technical skills, he became a key figure in staff training, teaching best practices in water treatment for domestic, commercial, industrial, hospital, and pool applications.
Since 2023, Moris has served as Company Manager at Idrotecno Srl, part of the Termoacqua Group. He leads the company’s operations, coordinating all aspects of business activities—from planning to technical inspections—always with a proactive, quality-oriented approach focused on customer protection.
