After earning a degree in Economics and Commerce, following an initial training path at the Naval Academy, he began his professional career at Disctronics Ltd, an Australian multinational specialized in advanced optical media production. He first served as Deputy Director and later as Director of the production area of the Italian branch.
His professional growth continued with a strong interest in the then-emerging renewable energy sector. He accepted the role of Sales Director for the newly established business unit at Dresser-Rand in Rome (Siemens Energy) and later advanced his career by becoming Italy Country Director for the Korean multinational Hanwha Corp, listed on the NASDAQ in New York.
During these years, he divided his time among Italy, China, and the United States, holding top-level roles in coordinating and directing various operating units, enabling him to refine and expand his managerial skills.
After obtaining a second degree in Legal Sciences, he returned permanently to Italy in 2011 at the request of one of the largest European distributors of water treatment components. As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), he contributed to achieving +47% revenue growth during his tenure, affirming his managerial capabilities in a highly specialized and niche sector.
In January 2023, he brought his extensive managerial experience to Termoacqua Tecnologie Srl by accepting the role of CEO to develop an industrial plan for growth and corporate restructuring. This led him to conceptualize the creation of the Termoacqua Group, defining budgets, key value drivers, and the operational boundaries for horizontal integration to be achieved within the first five-year period.
After meeting the objectives for 2023–24, in support of the Board of Directors and shareholders, Claudio now guides and defines the short-term vision and strategy of the parent company, ensuring that all daily operations align with the goals set out in the industrial plan.
Since 2024, he has also served as board advisor within Aqua Italia (ANIMA) and is CEO and/or Sole Administrator of other companies linked to the Termoacqua Group.
