With its offices in Milan and Bologna, Technochem joins the Termoacqua Group with the goal of strengthening the group's capabilities in the development of innovative chemical and plant engineering solutions that can be integrated into production processes across a wide range of sectors.

The Technochem project was born with the aim of centralizing all R&D activities in the chemical and osmosis fields under a single entity, with technologies developed both as standard products and custom solutions. The goal is to offer Termoacqua Group customers advantages in terms of efficiency, management cost savings, and reduced environmental impact.

Currently, the company offers several reverse osmosis models that can be equipped with high-efficiency 4" and 8" membranes, allowing for customization of operating flow rates and salt rejection:

- RO-LE
- OSMO-LE
- BI-OSMO

Equipped with an in-house analysis and R&D laboratory, Technochem is able to perform specific tests and analyses and design solutions for the chemical treatment of drinking or process water, particularly for the conditioning of the following circuits:

• Domestic water
• Heating
• Cooling
• Process water

For analytical control of circuits, the following are also available:

• Accredited Legionella analyses and related Legionella Risk Assessment Document (DVRL)
• Accredited bacteriological analyses
• Chemical analyses of metals
• Wastewater analyses in accordance with current regulations
• Chemical analyses of heating systems in accordance with current regulations

Technochem is a reliable partner for all specific, technical, and specialized water treatment needs in complex and niche sectors, focusing on laboratory services, chemistry, and plant engineering for all aspects of reverse osmosis (excluding domestic use): cross-flow membrane filtration, electrodeionization (EDI), nanofiltration and reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, and microfiltration for the removal of suspended solids, oil emulsions, colloids, dissolved salts, and bacteria.

A manufacturer of hypochlorous acid is also currently in the research and development phase, representing a new frontier in Legionella prevention treatments and an ideal solution for large hospitality, hospital, and residential facilities. This new device will be launched on the market in 2025.
