After earning his industrial technician diploma, he decided to make water treatment his professional path.
From the start, he worked alongside his father in managing the family business, beginning with junior roles and eventually gaining years of experience in every department of Termoacqua Tecnologie Srl.
Starting from system design and continuing into the commercial field, he did not limit himself to acquiring skills useful for water treatment: he turned his work into a passion, enabling him to transform a sole proprietorship into a general partnership (S.N.C.) and later into a limited company (S.R.L.).
This journey reflects not only corporate growth but also professional and personal development. His determination and desire to lead the company within the Made in Italy landscape led him to choose a trusted person to support him in his new role as President, guiding the corporate structure toward the inclusion of the third generation in governance.
As President, Carmine provides strong charismatic leadership. Working with the Board of Directors and other corporate leaders, he helps establish short-term commercial goals and evaluate long-term strategies capable of making the Termoacqua Group an undisputed leader in its market.
