Termoacqua Academy – An Opportunity for Young People

Each year, Termoacqua selects 4 young candidates under 25 with no prior experience to be trained through a dedicated program within our internal Academy.

The goal is to prepare them for the role of Service Technician through hands-on field support and continuous technical training.

Our initiative is open to collaboration with vocational institutes and technical high schools (ITIS): teachers and school representatives are invited to submit PCTO requests (Paths for Transversal Skills and Orientation) for their fifth-year students. We provide the opportunity for students to gain practical, real-world experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
