Termoacqua Tecnologie S.r.l., with registered office in Via Monte Grappa 4/6, 20072 Fizzonasco di Pieve Emanuele (MI), VAT No. 12966650157 (hereinafter, the “Data Controller”), in its capacity as data controller, informs you pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”) and Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, the “GDPR”), that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:

1. Object of the Processing and Notice

The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (in particular: name, surname, tax code, VAT number, email address, telephone number – hereinafter, “personal data” or “data”) that you have provided.

This Privacy NotIce concerns the processing of personal data of users who visit or register on the website https://termoacqua.com/.
The Notice is provid ed pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), to the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Decision of 8 May 2014, No. 229, and Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR 679/2016.

This Notice applies exclusively to the website https://termoacqua.com/ and not to any other websites that may be accessed through links found on our site, over which the Data Controller has no control and assumes no responsibility. The Data Controller is not liable for the processing of personal data carried out independently by such websites. Users are therefore encouraged to read the privacy notices provided by each of these external sites.

2. Purposes of the Processing

Your personal data—freely provided by you and acquired by us in connection with our activities—will be processed lawfully and fairly for the following purposes:

  • 2.a Promotional activities, based on your explicit request, if you have asked to subscribe to our newsletter;

  • 2.b Online information services, based on your request, if you have registered on our website;

  • 2.c Technical and commercial responses following requests submitted through the contact form.

The processed data are updated, relevant, complete, and not excessive in relation to the purposes listed above, for which they are collected and subsequently processed.

3. Processing Methods

Personal data are requested only if the user voluntarily registers to access services offered on https://termoacqua.com.
The personal data pr ovided during registration are processed to deliver the requested service. Failure to provide the data requested in the mandatory fields of the registration form will make it impossible to access the service. The provision of data in non-mandatory fields is optional and not required in order to use the service.

Only with the user’s specific consent may the data be processed for sending informational material related to the institutional activities of Termoacqua Tecnologie S.r.l.

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties to fulfil legal or regulatory obligations or to comply with orders issued by authorities, or when necessary to pursue the purposes described above. Personal data will never be disseminated.
Data are processed using automated and non-automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorised access.

4. Access to Data

Your data may be made accessible, for the purposes described in Section 2, to:


– employees and collaborators of the Data Controller or of companies belonging to Termoacqua Tecnologie S.r.l., acting as authorised personnel and/or internal processors and/or system administrators;


– companies or third parties (e.g., website management and maintenance providers, suppliers, financial institutions, professional firms, etc.) carrying out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, acting as external data processors.

5. Data Disclosure

Without your explicit consent (pursuant to Art. 24, letters a), b), d) of the Privacy Code and Art. 6, letters b), c) of the GDPR), the Data Controller may disclose your data for the purposes referred to in Section 2 to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, and other entities to which disclosure is legally mandatory.


Your data will not be disseminated.

6. Data Transfer

The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to any third country not specified in this Notice.

Data management and storage will take place on servers located within the European Union belonging to the Data Controller and/or third-party companies duly appointed as Data Processors. Data will not be transferred outside the EU.

However, the Data Controller reserves the right to relocate the servers to Italy and/or other EU countries and/or non-EU countries if necessary. In such cases, any transfer will comply with applicable law, including the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses or other adequate safeguards.

Currently, the server is located in Dublin, Ireland.

7. Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal

Providing data for the purposes under Art. 2.A is mandatory. Without such data, we cannot guarantee registration to the website nor provide the services listed in Art. 2.A.

Providing data for the purposes under Art. 2.B is optional. You may choose not to provide any data or withdraw consent at any time; in such cases, you will not receive newsletters or marketing communications. However, you will still be entitled to the services listed under Art. 2.A.

8. Data Subject Rights

As a data subject, you may exercise your rights under Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Art. 15 of the GDPR, including the rights to:
i. obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and receive such data in an intelligible form;
ii. obtain information on: a) the origin of personal data; b) purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out using electronic tools; d) identifying details of the Data Controller, processors, and designated representative; e) the entities or categories of entities to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them;
iii. obtain: a) the updating, rectification, or, when of interest, integration of the data; b) the erasure, anonymisation, or restriction of data processed unlawfully; c) confirmation that the above operations have been communicated to those to whom the data were disclosed;
iv. object, entirely or partially: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you; b) to the processing of personal data for marketing, advertising, direct selling, or market research purposes, via automated or traditional means.

Where applicable, you also have the rights under Articles 16–21 of the GDPR (right to rectification, right to be forgotten, restriction of processing, data portability, objection), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

9. Exercising Your Rights

You may exercise your rights at any time by sending:
– a registered letter with return receipt to Termoacqua Tecnologie S.r.l., Via Monte Grappa 4/6, 20072 Fizzonasco di Pieve Emanuele (MI);

10. Minors

The services provided by the Data Controller are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. Should such data be unintentionally collected, the Data Controller will promptly delete it upon user request.

The Data Controller is Termoacqua Tecnologie S.r.l., with registered office in Via Monte Grappa 4/6, 20072 Fizzonasco di Pieve Emanuele (MI), represented by the Managing Director.

13. Browsing Data

IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

These data are not collected to be associated with identified users but, by their nature, could allow user identification through processing and association with data held by third parties.

Such data include IP addresses, domain names of users’ computers, URI notation addresses of requested resources, time of request, method used in submitting the request, size of the response file, numerical response codes (success, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's device and operating environment.

These data are used solely for anonymous statistical purposes and to ensure proper site functioning and are deleted after processing.
